The Minutes of the 2017 Birchleggings Club Annual Meeting Now Available!

The minutes of the 2017 Birchleggings Club Annual Meeting held at the Birchleggings Warming Hut at Mosquito Brook on October 21, 2017 are now available. See the Meeting Minutes Section or go directly to this link.

Gale Otterholt presided over the election of directors at the meeting. Incumbents Edward Eroe and Connie Meek were re-elected to three-year terms. Paul Thompson was also elected to a three-year term to fill the position vacated by Don Becker.

Birchleggings Club Inc. Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election

The Birchleggings Club Inc annual meeting will be held in Hayward on Saturday, Oct 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Birchleggings Club Hut at Mosquito Brook.  All members are welcome to attend.

The Birchleggings Club has been incorporated as a 501(3)(c) since 2013. The election of Board of Directors members takes place at the annual meeting.  As per our Bylaws, Board members are elected to three-year terms, with one-third of the nine Board positions up for election each year. The Board terms of current Directors Edward Eroe, Connie Meek, and Don Becker will end this year. Board members may be re-elected for a second term.

Ballots will be sent to all members on Sept 23, 2017. Ballots must be returned by Oct 11, 2017 or you can vote in person at the annual meeting. No proxy voting.
